PRODUCTION PRTCESS：
Step 1:Lay flat the number panel in an area where you can work comfortably.
Step 2:Use hot glue gun to attach the side pieces around the edge of the number panel board
Step 3:After attached, secure it again from the inside with hot glue gun to prevent it from separating apart.
Step 4:Repeat Step 3 for the rest of the pieces panel surrounding the number until all of them securely attached
Step 5:It should look like this after secured side panels to the Mosaic Balloon Frame
Step 6:Use glue dots to attach balloons to the number balloon frame. Alternatively, you may fill in flower pompoms or LED light bulb as Marquee Number Backdrop.
