1. Getting decoration quote what I have to provide?
We need from you The Date and Location of the event (Nearest intersection).
2. Will the Decoration be indoors or outdoors?
It’s important for us to know if the event will be indoors or outdoors so we can plan accordingly. may need to bring sunscreen or wear different shoes.
3. What happens to the Decoration items and balloons?
“After the party, We will come and take down the setup.
Items includes ANY OTHER ITEMS (Backdrops, Stands, flowers or any other decoration item) MUST BE left as is clean and untouched any missing or damage caused we will charge for it.
Balloons are all yours (we do not re-sell used balloons to other customers).
4. How long I can keep the decoration?
We keep decorations for 24-48 hours same charge.
5. How much time does the decoration needs to be done?
We need around 1-3 hours for a professional theme setup.
6. Why my pricing is different?
That depends on many different factors including but not limited to (Distance, Balloon colors, sizes, items used, etc… ).
7. What time should we (the decorators) arrive?
We recommend that we arrive between 1-3 hours before the start of the event, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party decoration as scheduled!
8. When I have to pay for the services?
We collect the payment after we finish the decoration service, We can’t wait till your party finish because we derived the service to you already.
9. What payment method I can pay?
We accept all payment methods including (Credit Cards, Debit Cards both Online or in-person) Interac E-transfer, or Cash or combination of all. Sorry, we do not accept cheque payments or crypto.
If you pay by Cash you must fill out a form and email it to us.
If you pay by Interac e-Transfer you must mention the details in the message field when you send it.
10. What will happen if I change my mind after the decoration?
We will do our best to make your even special, we will use and include ALL the items you requested based on our conversation prior to the event based on your ,however, we will simply take down the decoration and charge you for the material wasted.
11. What happens if I cancel my booking?
In short Nothing, YOU MUST NOTIFY US a week before So we can arrange other customers. We will refund your deposits if any (we understand people may have certain circumstances).
12. What happens if I change the date and location of decoration?
Well, we love to deliver the service to you, however, we can’t guarantee if we can as we might be booked on that day or if the location is too far we might cancel your booking and we are not liable to that in any way.
13. Shall I be charged extra fees?
The answer is Strictly No, unless you would like additional services that we have to provide.
